  • Todd Stone

    Program Manager

Program Manager

Joining Reploy was part of Todd’s own Life 2.0 Journey. After working for the same company for 22 years, at 52, Todd decided to leave his comfortable COO position to pursue a new adventure. After taking a year off for recreation and soul searching, Todd seized the opportunity of being involved with the Reploy project. Reploy represents the kind of blend between work and service he hoped to achieve in his 2.0 career journey. While he works in all aspects of the business, his primary focus is working to design and deliver the Reploy programs and workshops.

When he’s not working, you can often find him focused on his favorite pastime, adventure motorcycling, which is cross country touring via dirt and gravel backroads. Todd currently lives with his wife (and three dogs) in the KC metro area.

  • Perri DuMar

    Partner Program Representative

Partner Program Representative

Before Perri joined Reploy, she had a career she loved, working with a phenomenal team of financial advisors. As a single working mother, the only thing missing in her life was the one thing that mattered most: quality time with her three-year-old son.

When she decided to follow her heart and leave her job to be with her son, Perri didn’t know what stood on the other side of that decision. It turned out to be Reploy.

Before Perri’s career in financial advising, she had worked with Reploy’s sister company, Cleaver Company, for many years. She knew Cleaver’s tools, team-based learning models, and curriculums worked. Perri recognized Reploy’s vision: to help people live a life with passion, energy, and purpose because it’s the same vision with which she leads her own life. When Perri is not working, she’s with her son and her dog Charlie, making art, hiking, at Pilates, pickle ball, swimming laps, and enjoying life.
