Our Story: For over three decades Our Founder, Frank DuMar has been working with corporate clients from the Fortune 500 and beyond through his consulting firm, The Cleaver Company. Their focus is using time tested strategies to match people’s personality and values to the right types of work. The better the match, the more energy and success that person tends to have. More recently though, new challenges began to emerge. Those same people who had found career success started asking Frank and the Cleaver Team for help around a wider range of topics that often blurred the line between professional and personal lives. As The Cleaver Team began to work with those people they realized their core insights around the workplace held true for people’s personal lives;
When ‘What We Do’ aligns with ‘Who We Are’ we feel energized and focused.
Ultimately, this led to the creation of Reploy. An organization dedicated to helping people close the gap between their core identities and the way they live their lives.
